Tyson Toma runs ShinePro Exterior Care โ windows, soft-wash, gutter clearing. He's great at what he does. He was losing money because his "website" was a Facebook page, and customers couldn't book a job at 9pm on a Tuesday. Here's what I built him, and what happened next.
Visit live site โWhen I first met Tyson, his "online presence" looked like this:
And here was the kicker: he was actually good at his job. 4.9 stars across the board. Customers loved him. The work was clean. The pricing was fair. But he was losing easy money every week because:
The real cost? Tyson estimated he was losing 3โ5 jobs a week from people who wanted to book but couldn't. That's $1,500โ$3,000/month just evaporating because there was no website.
We did a 30-minute discovery call, I sent over a free 1-page mockup within 48 hours, and once Tyson said "yeah, let's do it" โ I had the full site live in 11 days. Here's what's under the hood:
Loads in under 1 second on a phone. Built with semantic HTML + zero bloat โ no WordPress, no Wix, no template kit. Real code that Google actually loves to rank.
Customer picks number of windows, story count, add-ons (screens, tracks, soft-wash) โ sees an instant price. No more "what would two-story windows + screens cost?" emails.
The biggest one. Customer picks a date + time slot โ it instantly creates an event on Tyson's actual Google Calendar (the one synced to his iPhone). He sees the booking on his lock screen within 5 seconds.
Customer gets a branded confirmation with a reschedule link. Tyson gets an alert email with the customer's address, phone, and notes. Nothing slips through the cracks.
Tyson logs in to a private dashboard to see all upcoming jobs, mark them complete, or push back a slot. No code editing. No "let me ask Malachi to change it." He's in control.
Pulled his actual 4.9-star reviews from Google so they show up on the homepage. Plus a clean before/after gallery so customers can see the quality.
I deliberately picked tech that's stable, fast, free-tier-friendly, and that I can guarantee will still work in 5 years. No "the framework changed everything in v3" nonsense.
From go-live to first real booking through the new system. (It was a 9pm Tuesday โ the exact use case he was missing.)
Saved on phone tag, callbacks, and "let me get back to you on the price." Customers self-quote and self-book now.
Bookings since launch. Every single one syncs to his calendar with a confirmation email โ both for him AND the customer.
Spent on ads. The Google Business listing he set up alongside the site started ranking for "window cleaning Sanford" within 2 weeks.
"Malachi turned my Facebook page into a real business. The booking system books jobs while I'm literally on a ladder. Worth every penny."
I do the same kind of build for service businesses across Central Florida โ roofing, pool, detailing, pet, food, handyman. Starting at $500. Free mockup first so you see what you're buying before you pay.
